† Tongues of fire †
This I write inspired by the work of the Holy Spirit and its working power traveling from one soul to the next in spirit! I was down in the state of Florida visiting while on tour. I was arrested and thrown in jail ( on charges I did not do) So while in doing my time I would make the best out of it and reach people for Jesus. I turned some thing that was bad ( what happen to me) and I turned it into something good (Positive). I was in my upper dorm and there was a couple of men that I was preaching to and 3 men came to know Jesus Christ as there Lord and savyour. Two of the men I baptized right in my cell doing the method by pouring water over there head! ( The jail at the time were not baptizing people) There was Paul and there was Mike. So I spent a few weeks helping both Paul and Mike grow in there faith. Then the hour came were I got called to move out of the dorm and I was giving a job in the kitchen so I was moved into a different dorm. I had to say good bye both to Paul and Mike. I said my Last prayers with them then said my good bye.
Few weeks have passed and there came a Bible study run by a prison ministry that came a couple times a month. I was free and so I went. I was excited to run in with Paul(one who I baptized in my old dorm). The preacher open the floor for people to give there testimonies about the Lord. I was in for a shock. This older gentlemen stood up all excited and told the whole room full of people that while he was there he found the Lord and he gave thanks and pointed out Paul telling everyone that it was because Paul spoke up to share the gospel with him that he found Jesus and that he was so thankful ( he was about in tears giving his testimony) I was in shock and started to pray with in me thanking God he use me to reach Paul, and while I left Paul continued in my foot steps to reach people for Jesus Christ. Now to be clear the Holy Spirit used me cause I was willing to speak up and reached Paul who was searching his heart and came to know Jesus through me and whom I baptized after he came to the faith. Then the Holy Spirit continued to work in the dorm after I left using Paul whom I baptized and trained up in the faith. Paul then reached a new man who came into the dorm and he shared the faith with. It was clear work of the holy Spirit! This was just a little bit of the work I got to see how people were impacted because I opened my mouth and spoke the truth! I was a willing vessel unto good works in the Holy Spirit. Planting seeds is so important because when your not looking the Holy spirit through the washing of the word gives life unto your seeds that you plant.
